In spite of these helpful suggestions, it seems to me that it is not possible to use touch ID to sign in to the App store unless you are making a 2nd or 3rd purchase in a row. If I decide on a whim to download an app, I will not be able to use my touch ID without first going to settings and re-enabling the setting which requires my password.
